Decora
Decora (デコラ, short for "decoration style") is a Japanese street fashion style that originated in the Harajuku district of Tokyo in the late 1990s. It is the purest expression of maximalist, anti-fashion dress within Harajuku Fashion. The style is characterized by the principle of excessive, dense layering of accessories that completely obscure the base clothing.
