NOTE: you cannot cancel a pre-order or made to order items.
If you pre-order please understand that all orders are gather up each week which means I have them printed in a printing company. They do sublimation printing to print my dresses, skirts, or other products I have in my shop.
Once my manufacture sends the finish product to me. I send your finish product to you. This process usually takes about 7 weeks. A the moment, is the holidays and I won't guarantee it will come before holidays or birthdays. It's best to order it one month before the special day you want to get your package. So please understand when you upgrade to EMS shipping and be sure to read the policies on my shop.
